All three policies are drafted in that file — written in your brand voice, built around Printful's print-on-demand rules (no buyer's-remorse returns, free replacement for defects within 30 days).
To add them: Shopify admin → Settings → Policies, paste each section into its box (Refund, Shipping, Terms of Service), and Save. Quick caveat: these are solid standard templates, but I'm not a lawyer — give them a read-through before publishing.
That clears the last blocker. Your remaining launch checklist is all manual: paste policies, remove the storefront password (Online Store → Preferences), confirm Shopify Payments has your bank account, check taxes, and run one test order to see it flow to Printful. Then hit publish.

Every De Nada Braddah piece is printed to order just for you. Because nothing sits in a warehouse, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong size — please double-check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items: If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we've got you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Lost in transit: If your package is lost in transit, reach out no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
How to reach us: Use the contact form on our site and include your order number. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Everything in our shop is made to order — that's how we keep things fresh and waste-free.
Production time: 2–5 business days to print and pack your order.
Shipping time (added on top of production): USA 3–5 business days; international 10–20 business days depending on destination. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
A few notes: During holidays or big drops, production can run a little longer — we appreciate the patience. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we can't redirect a package once it's on the move. If an order comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping costs may apply). International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes set by your country — those are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices.

Pricing & payment: All prices are in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify's payment providers — we never see or store your card details.
Intellectual property: All artwork, designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of De Nada Braddah and may not be reproduced, resold, or used without written permission.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, De Nada Braddah is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
